GROWING COALITION LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE

People Invited to Join Coalition in Favor of Player Choice
Marking a new phase in the campaign to protect player choice in amateur baseball, the Don't Take My Bat Away Coalition today announced the launching of a new website www.DTMBA.com
The website will be a primary source for all the latest information and developments on the efforts to stop arbitrary government bans on non-wood bats. It includes facts, comments from coaches and league officials around the country, interesting video showing two college and pro players swinging both wood and metal bats, and other helpful information. The site will also urge people to join the coalition and become active in their communities.
“This new website will help people and the press get the facts. It will also be a central meeting place for players and coaches who care about keeping baseball fun for everyone and for the kids who want to keep using the bats they love best. I urge all people interested in the debate over metal versus wood to spend some time on this website to get all the facts,” said Tom Cove, President and CEO of the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association.
